New Brunswick Black Summit Return Policy

At New Brunswick Black Summit, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Downloadable digital products (e.g., e-tickets, digital files).
  • Services that have already been rendered (e.g., event registrations, consulting sessions).
  • Customized or personalized items.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@nbblacksummit.ca with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@nbblacksummit.ca for further assistance.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Event Cancellations or Postponements

For events organized by New Brunswick Black Summit, refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled. If an event is postponed, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. For more information on event-related refunds, please contact us.
